“Change” continues to be the theme in our market as we adapt to changing network configurations and the growing involvement of hospital systems in the healthcare insurance environment.
We find that Ownership Rewards and Exceedent are being well received in the marketplace as alternatives that offer resiliency to evolving market forces. We saw much activity in the last two quarters of 2016 as our team generated 326 quotes for your clients. While January and February are traditionally slower months in the benefits world, we experienced an uptick of RFP activity and have several cases pending through April.
I am extremely proud of the strong effort and teamwork our Exceedent team exhibits, expertly bringing on and serving more than 30 clients since launching last year. I am very excited about building on the foundation we set and continue the momentum into 2017 and beyond.
